Shipping
Free worldwide shipping from Kazakhstan.
Orders are dispatched within 10 business days after purchase.
All shipments are sent via the national postal service of Kazakhstan and its international delivery partners. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its journey.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 weeks, depending on the destination and delivery distance.
To ensure safe arrival, each artwork is carefully packaged according to its size:
- Large-format artworks are shipped rolled in a sturdy protective tube.
- Artworks up to 100 cm in size are shipped flat in a reinforced cardboard box.
Great care is taken in packing every piece to ensure it reaches you safely and in excellent condition.
